Yes, we are insured.
We use products that are non-toxic and biodegradable with no harsh chemicals. Unless it is a matter that needs a “deep cleaning” then we may use products to suit our needs. For wood floors we use Bona which is safe for pets because this brand use water-based, non-toxic, and plant-derived ingredients, and are GREENGUARD Gold Certified.
Please declutter floors and surfaces, put away personal items and valuables. Clear away dishes and secure pets. The less we “pick up”, the more we can clean.
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. However, we prefer to be focused on cleaning, so please ensure your dogs are secured during our visit.
No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. Or put your house key in one of our lockboxes on your property, with you setting the code of course.
When you book a cleaning service, we require a credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until your cleaning has been completed. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.
If you have to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 window there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
We stand behind our services. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate the service performed. If we determine that follow-up cleaning is warranted then we ask that you allow us at least 48 hours to make amends.
If your regular cleaner is not available on a day of your service, you will be contacted to see if you would like to reschedule or have another cleaner take the place.
